FAQ
You asked, we answered. Here are the answers to the questions our customers have asked the most often.
I just ordered some shit. When will it arrive?
It depends. We think fast shipping is awesome, so we typically ship your order within 24 hours. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (United States) or a few weeks (everywhere else), depending on how far you live from Salt Lake City, Utah. If you have any issues, email us—we'd LOVE to hear from you. Srsly.
I got my shipping address and/or shirt size wrong! Can I change it?
No worries, email us as soon as you can so we can get it fixed. Do keep in mind we still may shame you in front of your friends. ;) If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. It sure can be frustrating to pay for something that never arrives.
Tell me more about your tees.
We love soft things. You know, like kittens. Or pillows. Or something else ridiculously soft. That's why we print on either American Apparel or Next Level shirts, often on triple-blend material. That three scoops of cloud into every shirt. They are printed with much love by our friends at Advanced Apparel right here in Salt Lake City (SL, UT).
What's your refund/exchange policy?
If there is something wrong with your order (wrong size, wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), ship it back to us unworn and unwashed and we will make it right. Our Address:
The Ayecon
352 E Herbert Ave.
Salt Lake City, UT 84111
What does the logo mean?
Ryan is a huge sucker for simplicity, In fact, he believes that simplicity is the only way to change the world. So when he set out to design a signature, he focused on developing a form that was so simple it seemed familiar—almost like a letterform. Inspired by an exhibit at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, a big bold "X" with a curved line underneath it became the Ayecon. Since then, it has adorned light poles and signs around the globe.
Oh, We've been told that it also looks a lot like the arabic symbol for "no". Not intended, but still pretty cool.
